add a command for godef jump previous definition (jump back)

the added cmd is godef_prev, like ctags pluin (jump_prev), please test to make sure it works well.

Nice feature! I use sublime's Jump back which is only supported in ST3. If this PR work fine, I will merge it as soon as possible.
