支持windows,仅在win8.1下测试通过。需要在sublime的user setting中配置：{"default_line_ending": "unix"}，否则 godef 根据offset 定位代码不精确

@afocus 测试没有通过，在我的windows上并不能用，暂时搁置。

@buaazp @afocus 我只是在win8.1上测试过，其他版本没测试，如果不能用，最好查看一下console的输出信息，方便定位问题

@decker502 在你这个PR的基础上，经过一些修改和补充，插件已经支持了windows，现已合并进master分支中，再次感谢～

不知为何这个PR没有关闭，不过你的commit已经在里面了。
