[Problem]: Restore via maintenance script restores wrong file #394

Description / Beschreibung

This happens when a user places more than one backup file in /opt/iobroker/backups. Backupfile detection needs to be updated.

Workaround: Only place the latest iobroker Backup in /opt/iobroker or, after ioBroker containers first start, in /opt/iobroker/backups.
