_getSureness method currently gives a score of 1 for each action regardless of action type
you can access action type with action["action"]["type"]
Task
give PLACE_IN_CLIPBOARD a score of 2 instead of 1
Ideally build a map from type to score so we can extend this to other action types as well in the future
