Update for nl_NL_gui.txt and nl_NL_shops - Added nl_NL_tracks

Change: Translated the whole Jan 5, 2014 gb_GB_gui.txt and Dec 4, 2013 
gb_GB_shops.txt to Dutch. Current (Apr 19, 2014) nl_NL_gui.txt and (Oct 22, 
2013) nl_NL_shops.txt do not contain every translation.
Add: Translated Dec 4, 2013 gb_GB_tracks.txt to Dutch (nl_NL_tracks.txt).

Is this the way to help adding translations?

It is.
Some small remarks:

in the gui file, you
- changed TITLEBAR_TIP back to English, so I ignored your translation.
- in PATH_GUI_BULLDOZER_TIP, the translation should start after the " and not 
on the next line (corrected that)
- in "Finances gui strings.", you added initial upper case to every word, not 
sure that is proper dutch, left it as you supplied it.
- in "Coaster construction strings.", and once in "Setting gui strings." you 
didn't remove the English original, removed it for you.

- Your file encoding was not in utf-8, messing up the "financiën" and the euro 
symbol, corrected that. Please make sure you save in unicode utf-8 the next 
time.

The shop and tracks file looked splendid, and copied them entirely.
