Temperature affects desire for certain foods #54

When the park temperature is cold (less than 20 degrees Celcius), guests will 
now refuse to buy cold food (cold drinks and ice cream). Additionally, as 
temperature increases, desire for cold drinks and ice cream increases linearly.

This patch compiles perfectly fine on my Linux setup.

Sorry, forgot to mention which revision this patch is for. It should work for 
r1257 (though I checked it out through the git mirror).
