🛠 remove readme duplicates #239

Not sure that I'm following why those two readme files should be removed.

In those folders you have README.md and readme.md, when i pulled the repository from github git complained about name collisions on case-insensitive platforms. So i removed capital letters ones, since in other packages lower case is used.
