Sonic CD "RAM Cartridge not initialized..." message #19

the latest version supports this RAM but how do you use it? There is no documentation on this subject.

I figured this out by messing around. You have to go to the Sega CD loading screen options from the BIOS screen and choose to format the RAM.

how do I do that? Edit never mind I figured out that I needed to press the b button and start at the same time
