Sega CD BIN and ISO do not load #8

Gets an error every time. "Hmm...unable to load ROM." These work just fine in other emulators on the 3DS.

OK, nevermind. Since it was in the docs I went through the source code and saw where the Sega CD BIOS file has to be placed at "sdmc:/3ds/picodrive_3ds/bios/bios_CD_E.bin" otherwise it won't work. Feel free to close this, but might want to add this tidbit to the README.
