Hello. I've been experiencing graphical glitches in Final Fantasy 6 (or Final Fantasy 3 internationally) that don't occur in the PC version of snes9x. These bugs appear when a sprite "slides" off screen, they distort and get mixed into other graphics. I don't have screenshots currently, but it's easy to reproduce.
At the start of the game, when leaving Figaro with Terra, Locke and Edgar, and being attacked by the Magitek armor soldiers, if Terra uses a magic spell, Locke and Edgar will react surprised and have a dialogue where they mention how they have never seen anyone having magical powers in their lives. After they finish talking, they'll laugh, and "slide" into the sand. In the 3DS version of snes9x, their sprites instead slide into the status bar below, and get all distorted.
This same thing happens after fighting Ultros in the Lethe River. After the fight, Sabin dives into the water, and afterwards, he leaps upwards, far beyond the limits of the screen, which doesn't look wrong in the PC version of the emulator, but his sprite is "teleported" into the status bar at the bottom of the screen in the 3DS port, and gets distorted as well. If I manage to come across this bug again, I'll update this post with screenshots, but so far, it's happened whenever a sprite "exits" the screen by sliding.
Edit: I'm using the 3dsx version of this emulator on a hacked New 3DS (with Luma CFW), through the Homebrew Launcher app (yes, this one).
