What & why

The smart contract should do the following:

Accept donations to the contract (one contract should be made for each highschool one can donate to)
Accept applications from students whose dids confirm their grades meet the criteria for scholarships

requirements

Contract must have lottery logic, grade verifiaction and scheduling logic. It must be posted onto the blockchain and be verified to work as intended.

How does randomization work in Plutus? How long should the time interval be? One school semester?
