Nextcloud feed import fixes

• feed items without URL are possible and should not lead to NPE
• feeds without URL should not lead to NPE as well
• add missing link MIME type, so that the floating open button shows

The first two items should fix (the biggest part of?) #172. The third item should fix the main problem in #170 (maybe a reimport will be needed?).
