Per feed swipe actions #198

Closes #119 A rather simple change to add the sideways swipe functionality to the per feed view. It also adds the pull-to-refresh to the individual feed view (but I'm unsure if further changes are needed to update the displayed content).

I'll test it, thanks! I don't remember why swiping was disallowed on this screen, but it's probably fine to allow it

I've also noticed a bug that disables swipe gestures when the view read entries option is enabled.

Have you considered this type of swipe action: image?
