Autonomy cannot be disabled. #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connected to the server.
2. Start autonomy.
3. Try to end autonomy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We tried to disable the autonomy but it would not disable. The box on the GUI 
was unchecked but the boat was still running. After about 20 seconds or so of 
repeated clicking the checkbox the boat finally stopped.

Hmm, this could be a spurious connection failure.  Try to get a log file.  Does 
the client show any exceptions when this happens?
