Server go unresponsive for brief intervals #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the server on the phone running roscore
2. Connect the client to the server

What do you see instead?
The client connects and disconnects at irregular intervals. The pings go 
through fine.

Could just be TCP buffer delays.

Increase the time out on the connection status determining code?
This is exactly the same issue that used to occur when I used my laptop. Pings 
went through fine, but the utility used to connect and disconnect irregularly.
Routing issues? Perhaps try using a different router?
