Ros won't run on the phone #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn the phone on
2. Set the URI to http://localhost:11311 or http://localhost:11411
3. Click on / off

When we set the port to 11311. ERROR = Failed to open log. No such file or 
directory.
When we set the port to 11411. ERROR = Failed to open log. No such file or 
directory.

We also got a notification saying invalid ROS master URI. Although I just tried 
it out now and it works fine.

Invalid Ros master URI: Illegal character

The URI was set to http://localhost:11411

I just tested it and it works fine now on both the CMU and dd-wrt networks. 
Dont know why it was failing earlier

I saw this bug in older versions of the server, but it seems to have gone away 
in newer versions.  Can we check if this still exists, otherwise we can close 
this issue?
