Two boats appeared on the GUI when only using one boat.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the GUI and the boat
2.Add the boat to the GUI
3.Using the new dlink router

Two boats appear on the gui and when there is only one boat to control. I have 
attached a screen shot. I will attach the netbeans output when it uploads.

Closing this as _wontfix_ because it applies to pre-UDP infrastructure.

This bug may still exist, but so much has changed in the GUI code that we 
should see if it's reported again before worrying about it.
