Cancel waypoint and new waypoint does not work in the udp simulator #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to the udp simulator in the client
2. Set a pose from the map
3. Send a waypoint
3. Cancel waypoint

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Waypoint should get cancelled but the boat continues to its destination and 
does not accept a new waypoint after the first either.

r522 should have fixed this issue.  Can you verify?

Oops, make that r526.  Forgot to check in the *compiled* library.
