Cannot run the fish farm gui while connected to the bullet #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the fish farm gui while connected to the bullet ap

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The gui opens but in the non responsive state. For the gui to work while 
connected to the bullet, we have to start the gui disconnected from the network 
and then connect to the network after the gui opens.
