Exception in fishfarm while switching to auto mode #56

The fishfarm GUI throws an IndexOutOfBounds exception while switching to the 
auto mode occasionally. See attached log.

This is a drawing issue when the planner fails to return a plan.  I fixed the 
drawing issue.  A bigger worry is why the planner didn't return a plan.  Keep 
an eye out for "START WAYPOINTS FAILED" if the boat doesn't move and let me 
know.  The planner has been changed since this bug report, so it is possible 
this was fixed.
