Image capture stops working if "back" or "home" is pressed while taking image

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start android vehicle server
2. Connect with any client
3. Start periodic imaging action
4. Hit back or home on the phone just as the image pane pops up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of continuing to take pictures, the server will never take any more 
pictures, even for a new imaging action.

No errors or warnings are reported.
