Unable to create boat and change coordinates in FishFarm GUI if start with WiFi enabled #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure Wifi is on
2. Start FishFarm GUI
3. Try to connect to boat server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It gives a permissions error in the console and does not connect to boat. 
Additionally, the text fields of longitudes and latitudes that bound the map 
show jTextfield rather than the default/most recently entered coordinates. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

however, starting the GUI without WiFi enabled, turning it on afterwards, and 
then trying to connect to the boats is successful
