Don't self-transpile #42

One solution to #40. This would mean Bublé would only run in Node 6+.

Since node 4 is the version in Debian stable and LTS till April 2018, there are probably some people using it (I am). If a new bublé version would stop supporting it, that wouldn't be too much of a problem, though, since you could just keep using the older version until you upgrade.
