When applying savepatch cheats for (Fight Night Champion) BLES01039, it says "Applying Changes" forever and nothing happens #119

I have been trying to apply the savepatch cheats for Fight Night Champion (BLES01039) but when I click apply changes and resign in Apollo on my ps3 (4.88 with HEN 3.11) it appears to just say "Applying Changes" forever and nothing happens. I don't want to update my PS3 firmware since I heard there are a lot of issues with new HEN versions on new PS3 FW, so I am wondering what is going on

most cheat codes are untested so it could be an issue with the codes, expecting a different kind of file.

you can provide more details by running Apollo, then open Settings menu and select Enable debug log. Next, open the save-game and try to apply one of those cheats. Once you get stuck with the same error, copy the apollo.log file from /dev_hdd0 and post details here.

I ended up doing it manually via bruteforce savedata back a few months ago when I originally posted and forgot to reply. Thanks for your continued effort to improve Apollo for PS3, gonna give it a try and will post back if there are any issues

It appears to still be happening, here is the log (I edited it to remove my IDPS and other information) as well as removed the loading of other irrelevant titles (let me know if this is an issue).

You did not update the BLES01039.savepatch file, you're still using the original file included in 1.8.4 .

Either use the "Update application data" option from the Settings menu, and let the app update the files, or download manually and copy the fixed savepatch to your HDD.

I will try it and report back, I mistakenly thought it automatically updated upon starting the program
