You need to rebuild the ps3 database to see the changes on the XMB.
@jhonathanc , have you experienced such errors while unlocking the trophies?
No, this kind of issue didn't happen to me. At least, I unlock trophies and always rebuild database after that.

- Open Apollo;
- Unlocked trophies with Apollo;
- Exit Apollo;
- Rebuild PS3 database;
- Open Apollo again;
- Unlocked more trophies with Apollo;
- Exit Apollo;
- Rebuild PS3 database;
- Checked the trophies and they are unlocked as it should.

The first time using it, it workes fine but when you try to unlock a trophy again it won't work, it says it was successful but the trophy doesn't unlock. I made a new account to see if it'll work and it did, but then I tried for the second time and it didn't work.
