Seems like Save Apollo and Save Mounter can not re-region saves even if the game and the save contain a legit Keystone. I'm not sure how MW is changing the save for RE7 which is also a Capcom comes. I think RE2 and RE3 have any additional layer of security.
SW is bypassing or resigning the save in a unique way it seems like.
This can be labeled as enhancement or new request feature whenever you get the time.
I've tried several different methods using MW Youtube channel and other Youtubers. I've even used the hacking forums where you commented back to people (PSXHAX). I've used both Save Mounter and your Save Apollo tool.
RE2 save does not work with re-region. With both methods I'm always getting the error saying that this save data is not compatible and cannot be used.
I'm running PS4 Pro FW 9.00. Console has only my PSN activated and I'm sharing my own saves with myself.
Save wizard must be using some other type of way to re-sign. I've seen people use SW on RE2. Is there an additional layer of security for some games? Could you please help me understand that part before I waste even more time on this?
Just giving you feedback and trying to comprehend how the tool works better. I'm sure my post can help someone else that is struggling as well.
