Remove obsolete TODO comments from codebase #115

These TODO comments have been added in the early phase of buchhalter-ai-cli and are not suitable anymore.

This PR removes those. If those TODOs are valid and still a problem, we will fix it, once it occurs.

This PR depends on https://github.com/buchhalter-ai/buchhalter-ai-cli/pull/112. https://github.com/buchhalter-ai/buchhalter-ai-cli/pull/112 need to be merged before this one.
