Implement buchhalter login command #23

As a user I want to login into buchhalter (SaaS) and connect my buchhalter-cli with my SaaS account.

Definition of done

[ ] buchhalter connect action has been implemented and connects a buchhalter-cli instance to the api by providing an api token
[ ] buchhalter api token is saved locally
[ ] buchhalter disconnect action has been implemented (disconnecting the cli from the api and removing the locally cached api key)
