fix null ref exception of singleEach on wakeup #127

Issue report from marketplace

My type setting is SingleEach, it worded before, today when i open a program, it's not working. If i reset, it will work this time, but when i close visual studio and open a program again, it's not working again. If i change the type to Single or SlideShow, it's working everytime, but i like the SingleEach type, have you any ideas?
