ResetSetting for Solution #149

We have the SaveSolutionSettings ... I know I can delete the *.claudiaideconfig and it's done but a menu ResetSolutionSettings ll be more friendly-user.

Enhancement ;)

Thank you for your feedback. I added reset solution settings menu to ver3.1.15.
