Not set transparent to background on debug using "Expand to IDE option" #181

I'm setting a background image for the IDE, but when I run the project, the background image disappears, I don't know why. And I'm very upset about that?

Workaround: set false to Expand to IDE option

Fixed by v3.1.32.

known issue (I can't fix these because I can't control Visual Studio behavior, maybe.)
- A flicker momentarily on starting debug and stopping debug.
- If not opened text editor in MainWindow, background image disapper after staring or stopping debug.
- If Expand to IDE option is false, these are not occurred.
