Improved readability #67

First of all, thank you so much for making this extension. Not having my waifu with me, when I code, would make me sad.

I think the readability and language could be improved, both in the readme and in the options menu. For this pr I gave the first paragraph a shot. A few words I don't really understand, "sequelae" and "theme editor" in particular, but tried my best. If you like it and you are willing to help me understand some things, I'd be more than willing to further work on this.

Thank you for your contribution! I will merge your PR. However I'll thin modify some sentence after merge by my feeling. For example, I wrote 'sequelae' that means 'efects by this update'..
