BA-171 Update PHP SDK documentation #162

I'd like to see the documentation updated. The online documentation at https://docs.buckaroo.io/docs/php-sdk frankly says nothing..

Unfortunately the php code isn't documented as well.

tnxx for the reply, i've already e-mailed support, but still waiting on reply. (case id: 00192049 & 00193651).

I've just send an email with a more pressing issue, case id: 00193687
