Update README.md versions change and extra notice.

Removed "or higher" for the Wordpress version.
Removed "or higher" for the WooCommerce version.
Changed PHP versions that are supported.
Added a notice: This file has been prepared with the greatest possible care and is subject to language and/or spelling errors.
