Mass edit of transactions

• Category
• Account
• Categorize in yet-uncreated bucket
• Cleared/not

I think something like this would work slick. The new fields appear when an item is "Checked". Making a selection in Date, Account or Category sets the value for all checked items.

I would move trash to the far side of Set Category or perhaps over the memo column and replace it with an "uncheck all" button.

Also an easier alternative that would reduce the clicks required to process an import is eliminating the "Save" & "Cancel" buttons after selecting a category. What's the worst that could happen if we hit the wrong category? We can always just select the correct one.

This will be marked completed when the date, memo, amount, cleared and payee can be mass edited. I'll leave issue #821 for when categories can be changed en masse.
