[Suggestion] Show account breakouts in "XXXX in the bank" tool tip #355

On the top toolbar, it would be helpful if a tooltip showed the accounts that went into that calculation. I'd imagine it would look like the Rain available tooltip:

Your Bank Checking 200 Your Bank Savings +400 Your Other Savings +100 _ In the Bank 700 You have 700.00 in the bank

I thought about this for 2 more seconds. I'm not sure how negative account balances (goodness forbid) would look. Is it possible to have it automatically indicate that instead of adding an amount it is subtracting? Wasn't sure
