Outstanding Transactions/Invoices - addition to the uncleared/cleared balance #412

It would be cool if there was a way to add outstanding transactions/Invoices which are pinned at the top of the transactions. Those transactions would carry over to the next months till they are cleared.

Like the Not yet Cleared /cleared option, it would show how much is outstanding.

@myclay Thanks for filing this. I don't think I quite understand what you mean. Are outstanding transactions/invoices transactions which haven't happened yet, but which you plan on happening?

Hello @iffy, as an example; The work was done, the opposite party (on a government project) is satisfied and happy to pay but the funding takes its time and clearing the balance could take e a couple weeks or even months due to banks and bureaucratic steps.

For Buckets, the rule of only budget what you currently have is of course key. Its more a way of making it easier to the users to have a reminder for transactions(+/-) which are going to happen.
