Option to remove Decimal places on existing budgets

A lot of currency (like mine, INR- Indian rupee) have next to nothing value for decimal places, it still can and should be in calculation but a option to hide them from day to day use pages would be nice.

You can do this on new budgets, because this setting (click Settings in the bottom left) makes the wrong assumption about things:

I'll leave this issue open as a request to allow changing the number of decimal places for existing budgets.
