Importing csv file issues ("Invalid transactions preventing import") #996

I'm trying to import a csv file with my bank statements but I receive this error:

I don't get any indication what's wrong with my data. What could be causing this? I've changed the number notation to the one that is standard for my region but I'm still getting this error.

It looks like you might need to choose which Account you're importing transactions to. You may also need to choose a column for the "Memo" but I can't tell from the screenshot.
