Genuine Leads - Blocked

Hi Guys, When our customers enter the wrong email, and try to correct it later, they are blocked by your duplicate form prevention plugin. Here are the error logs for the latest issue. I have replaced personal information with **\ to protect our clients identity:

How can we fix this?

Hmm this could be caused by a lot of different things. Have you been able to reliably reproduce it, and if so what steps do you take to do so?
