Since it's highly likely that some other plugin is using a [petition] shortcode and the chances of the user actually typing the shortcode rather than using the TinyMCE plugin are pretty slim let's change the [petition] shortcode to [wtp-petition]. This might also be a good time to set up a filter that allows users to change this if necessary/desired.
