Rename types, http and file modules to models, twhttp and tweetfile to prevent confusion with standard library modules.

Will change them as soon as dust has settled regarding the current open PRs.

What's wrong with this PR? If you don't want the other open PRs to have merge conflicts because you merged this one ... just leave this one open and I'll update the conflicts here.
