Split and rename parse_string function to parse_tweets and parse_tweet. Included two simple tests for those two functions.

Because I added & merged my uncommitted tests for twtxt.parser as well during checkout.

just merge and rebase your local changes ;) It's kinda confusion when reviewing otherwise ..
