What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open a video in youtube
2.click the download app for chrome
3.select the format for downloading
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
its supposed to start downloading, but instead it brings a 403 http error
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
am using chrome on windows 7
