No emails being sent ie new upload. Video has been approved. #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.youtube admin account email in the reply email address. New uploads.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to receive an email when a video has been uploaded as well as an email 
when a video has been approved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version as of this post been created

Please provide any additional information below.
No emails being sent within the application.
