When trying to "download video," it redirects to an "error 400" message. #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an assignment and have a video uploaded to it. 
2. Click the "details" button.
3. Click the "download video" button above the preview.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A file of the video, instead a message appears: {"error":"400: This 
functionality is not available."}

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OSX, latest version of YTD

Please provide any additional information below.
