It looks like it's because there is a shaded base and then the icon itself is also shaded

There is an issue with the icon uploaded by the app owner

If you are convinced that the problem is with the icon, it need to upload a new icon and replace the value of the icon field in the DecApp object on metachain. I don't know who is responsible for this operation
