Only download necessary market data #2

Only download market data since last update. To do this, for the "start" query params, read in the input file for ticker and get max date.

nice script, good idea. i have two problems. first, if i download data its working for one time, after them it comes an clint.spy foul. i think at the second time, the data must be only refresh. second. if the data will be there the system run perfectly but going to sleep, so what is hwen the data will be refresh? i try this with only one pair.
