Can not run app on wamp 2.5 #5

I'm using wamp to test the app but getting error

How can I solve this issue Please...

check the file in that folder and change name of that file from config.php.sample to config.php and same for bootstrap.php even solved that problem there is one more problem other files cannot be accessed
