Access Token in PDF Download Query #114

Please add a method for specifying the access token in a PDF download query, so that the actual download can be passed off to a system browser.

@subsystem7 would the solution described on https://github.com/buda-base/buda-iiif-server/issues/104 work? It's a simple version of the idea of an interface between the app and the server
